General terms and conditions

  1. With the booking, which can be made verbally, in writing, by telephone, by fax, via the Internet or by email, the contract is concluded between the tenant and the landlord. Only the persons specified in this contract will be admitted. If the apartment is occupied by less than the agreed number of people, the daily rental price agreed upon conclusion of the contract is binding. The rented time is binding. Early departure due to the weather cannot be taken into account.
  2. A deposit is payable for the booked apartment. Please transfer the amount within one week (date of rental agreement). You will receive the deposit amount and bank details with the booking confirmation.
  3. We rent very well-kept non-smoking apartments. Smoking in our apartments is not permitted. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony (covered) or on the terrace.
  4. Arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (or by prior arrangement). On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by around 9.15 a.m. to enable cleaning for subsequent guests. Children are welcome to use the playground, but there is no liability for accidents. Parents have a duty of supervision.
  5. Liability deposit: We ask that you treat the apartment with all furnishings and inventory items with care. The tenant is liable for damage in the apartment and inventory with the usual prices for new purchases and repair costs. A deposit of EUR 100.00 is payable on arrival. Damages caused by the tenant must be paid in full immediately in cash.
  6. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons and with consideration for guests with allergies.
  7. Payment: The invoice must be paid in cash within 2 days of your arrival. Unfortunately we cannot accept EC cards, checks and other means of payment.
  8. Cancellation: If the tenant withdraws from the booking or does not use the booked service, the tenant's obligation to pay the accommodation price remains in principle. The landlord will endeavor to occupy the accommodation elsewhere in the course of his normal business, although he is not obliged to make special efforts to rent it elsewhere. In the event of other occupancy, the landlord must have this offset. If no other occupancy could be achieved, the landlord must have the saved expenses taken into account. The jurisdiction has recognized the following guideline values ​​to be paid by the tenant to the landlord for the measurement of these saved expenses: Booked service: holiday apartments and accommodations without meals Quote: 90% of the daily rent. The quoted rate refers to the full booking price including all additional costs, whereby public taxes such as visitor's tax are not taken into account. To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of unpredictable prevention of travel, taking out travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.   9. The signed rental agreement (please also sign the back) must be sent to the landlord within one week (see date on the front).
  10. Internet access via WLAN may be used free of charge if it is available. If Internet access cannot be provided for technical reasons, there is no entitlement to a price reduction.
  11. Liability of the accommodation company: The accommodation provider is liable for the correctness of the description of the rental property and is obliged to provide the contractually agreed services properly and to maintain them throughout the rental period. If there are defects in the rental property, the guest must immediately inform the accommodation provider of these defects. If the guest fails to do so, he is not entitled to any claims for non-fulfillment of the contractual services (especially no claims for rent reduction). Liability of the accommodation provider for property damage is excluded, unless they are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the accommodation provider or its vicarious agents or on a negligent breach of essential contractual obligations (so-called cardinal obligations) of the accommodation provider. The accommodation company is not liable in cases of force majeure (e.g. fire, flood, etc.). There are also no liability claims against the landlord due to a possible infection with Covid 19 (Corona) during the vacation.
